Services Of Vivah Photo
Vivah Photo provides professional photography and videography services for weddings, engagements, pre-wedding shoots, and related events. The scope of work will be defined in the agreed package or contract.
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before or on the event date, unless otherwise agreed.
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If the client cancels the booking, the advance amount will not be refunded.
If Vivah Photo cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the advance will be provided.
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Delivery Timeline
Edited photos and videos will be delivered within 45 working days from the day you give us selected images.
Delivery time may vary depending on project size and workload.
Clients will be informed in case of delays.
Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate event details (date, time, location).
Proper permissions must be arranged for photography at venues.
The client should ensure cooperation from guests for smooth coverage.
Creative Rights
Vivah Photo retains full creative control over the editing style, composition, and final output.
Raw/unprocessed files will not be shared unless agreed separately.
Copyright & Usage
Vivah Photo retains copyright ownership of all images and videos.
The client receives a personal-use license.
Vivah Photo may use images/videos for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Equipment & Backup
Professional equipment and backup gear are used to ensure quality.
However, in rare cases of technical failure, liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid.
Force Majeure
Vivah Photo is not responsible for delays or failure due to events beyond control, such as:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Accidents or illness
Limitation of Liability
Vivah Photo will not be liable for missed shots due to:
Late arrival of clients
Restrictions by venue or guests
Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client.
Data Storage
Final data will be stored for up to 30–60 days after delivery.
Clients are advised to download and backup their files promptly.
Amendments
Vivah Photo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated or posted on the website.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
